Toll Bros. showcases luxurious master baths

Luxury homes with lavish and elegant master baths are a specialty of Toll Bros., according to Gary Mayo, vice president.

"The staples of a luxurious master bath include a tub where you can soak and unwind, a deluxe-sized shower, ample dressing space and plenty of elegant details," he said.

"What we've done in several of our model homes is take those basics to a new level of extravagance to show just how spa-like the master bath can be."

Mayo cited the Portofino model at Toscana, a northwestern valley neighborhood. The home's master bath is painted in a subtle textured gold tone with gold accessories and ornate mirrors. The central feature is a negative-edge tub, which is filled from a spout on the ceiling.

The focal point in the Sorrento model, also at Toscana, is a fireplace that overlooks a spa tub. Complementary features include a separate shower with seat, dual vanities and a dressing area.

Toscana is located at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way.

Another example of an elegant bath, Mayo said, can be seen in the Marcello model, located in the Barrington neighborhood within Summerlin. The residence showcases neutral tones accented by a spa tub with a built-in television, as well as dual vanities and a separate shower.

To visit Barrington, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south and proceed to Vista Run Drive. Turn right and proceed to Roma Nord Place.

All of the models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
