Pardee releases Silver Tree homes
Pardee Homes is compiling a list of families interested in the next phase of homes at its Silver Tree neighborhood in its Nevada Trails community in the southwestern valley, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales. "Silver Tree has proven to be one of the most popular homes built by Pardee in Las Vegas. They are large family-sized homes with great design elements in a beautiful setting," Landry said. The next release of homes is scheduled for Oct. 26. Priced from $215,450 to $271,450, the homes have received the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for energy efficiency, due in part to low-emissivity windows and its specially engineered heating and air conditioning system. "The Energy Star package doesn't just make homes more energy efficient, it keeps them more comfortable and cleaner. For instance, superior sealing helps keep out dust and noise," Landry said. "The homes are also more economical, saving at least 30 percent in energy costs over standard homes." Measuring 2,000 square feet, the single-story Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage. Priced from $215,450, the plan also has an optional den and shop, and is available with an additional bedroom. The single-story Plan Two includes four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, and an optional nursery and den. It measures 2,310 square feet and is priced from $230,450. The two-story Plan Three, measuring 2,677 square feet, features four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, and a three-car garage. Options include a butler's pantry and wet bar. It is priced from $237,950. Plan Four is a two-story home priced from $255,450 and offers flexible options. Four layouts are offered, ranging from 3,085 to 3,844 square feet and offering from four to seven bedrooms. The Nevada Trails community also offers two other neighborhoods and plans for 13 acres of parks and walking trails. The Manzanita neighborhood features four floor plans measuring from 1,429 to 2,566 square feet and priced from $176,450 to $218,950. The homes offer as many as five bedrooms, two or three baths, and two- or three-car garages. The gated Saddle Peak neighborhood features single-story homes priced from $259,700 to $279,200. Three floor plans measure from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet, and feature as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee Homes has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
