Toll Bros., Summerlin combine well

Home buyers have found Toll Bros.' designs combined with Summerlin's location and amenities to be a winning combination, according to Gary Mayo, vice president of the company's Las Vegas division.

"With every luxury-home community we've opened here, the response has been overwhelming," Mayo said. "Summerlin is a fantastic place to raise a family, and we're proud to continue expanding here."

With a location near the Spring Mountain range and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the community offers parks, trails, golf courses and schools, as well as cultural, shopping and medical centers.

The builder offers five neighborhoods in the master-planned community: Heritage Glen and Wood Glen in Willow Creek village; Rosemont in The Gardens; and Monterossa and Barrington in The Vistas. Another neighborhood is expected to be unveiled within the next several months.

Homes in Heritage Glen measure from 3,360 to 4,360 square feet and are priced from the low $400,000s. All three of the neighborhood's floor plans are modeled.

Wood Glen offers four floor plans ranging from 2,650 to 3,800 square feet. Three plans are modeled. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

To visit both neighborhoods, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Rosemont offers four floor plans priced from the low $300,000s. The designs range from 2,650 to 3,700 square feet and offer garden rooms, courtyards and master bedroom retreats.

To visit Rosemont, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive, go south to Garden Park Drive, then head east to Iris Lane. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Upon completion, Monterossa will consist of 121 homes. Its four floor plans are modeled and feature courtyard entries and three-car garages. Starting from the low $300,000s, they range from 2,120 to 3,073 square feet.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south, continue onto Park Vista Drive and turn west at Masolino Lane. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Barrington will include 73 homes upon completion. Four floor plans priced from the mid-$400,000s are offered, measuring from 3,000 to 4,100 square feet. Three of the designs will be represented with models, which are scheduled to open in January 2003.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south and proceed to Vista Run Drive. Turn right and proceed to Roma Nord Place. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
