Stone Creek releases new floor plans
Pardee Homes of Nevada is releasing the newest phase of one- and two-story homes this weekend at Stone Creek in the Rancho Las Palmas community in the southeastern valley. "Customer priorities were built into these homes, including energy efficiencies, greater flexibility, family rooms and bonus rooms. In addition to the complete Energy Star package, Stone Creek homes also feature high speed, digital Category 5 wiring for home networking possibilities," sales executive Ray Landry said. Among the designs is Plan One, a single-story home with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, den, studio, patio, and two- or three-car garage. Third and fourth bedrooms are available in place of the den and/or studio, as is a third bath. The home measures from 2,001 to 2,027 square feet. The single-story Plan Two features three bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, three baths, a family room, and two-car, side-loading garage. A bay window in the kitchen nook is also available, which brings the 2,395-square-foot home to 2,413 square feet. The two-story Plan Three measures 2,713 square feet and features four bedrooms, or three bedrooms and a den, plus a family room, three baths and a three-car garage. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets and a balcony option. The B elevation offers a bonus room with a balcony or fifth bedroom. Several variations of the two-story Plan Four may be built. Measuring 3,085 square feet, Plan Four A offers four to six bedrooms, three or four baths, a family room, bonus room and three-car garage. Plans Four B includes four bedrooms, three baths, a family room, bonus room, and two-car, side-loading garages plus a workshop or den. Options for the 3,216-square-foot home include a den, two additional bedrooms and another bath. Plan Four C and D measure 3,844 square feet and offer four bedrooms, three baths, a family room, bonus rooms, and two-car, side-loading garages, plus a workshop or den. It can be built with as seven bedrooms and four baths. Prices start from $211,950 to $269,950.
