Sun City Aliante reports brisk sales pace

The first week of sales were strong for the newest Del Webb community, Sun City Aliante, with more than one-third of the first phase sold on the first day, according to sales manager Lorraine Roberts.

"We broke the record for the most homes sold on the first day of sales by any Sun City community in Southern Nevada," Roberts said. "We sold 70 new homes within the first six days."

The first phase of the age-qualified community in North Las Vegas will consist of about 115 single-story homes, measuring from 1,140 to 2,100 square feet.

Homes are priced from the low $140,000s to the mid- $230,000s.

When complete, the community will comprise nearly 2,000 homes.

"These new collections represent the elegant yet casual style that buyers have come to expect from Del Webb," Roberts said.

"People who purchase early will be pioneers in this extraordinary new master-planned community."

Plans for the development, which is part of the Aliante master-planned community, include a recreation center with tennis courts, bocce courts, a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse with hobby rooms.

It will be developed around an 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course.

A temporary sales office is set up at 7891 Tropical Parkway, Suite 120, in the Centennial Marketplace at U.S. Highway 95 and Centennial Parkway. Visits are by appointment only.
