Turnberry upscale in design

Designer features are showcased in the condominiums at Turnberry Place, a $650 million high-rise development east of the Strip.

Amenities include Italian marble spa baths, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances and wraparound glass balconies.

Ten floor plans ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet are available.

Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million.

Four 40-story towers are planned. Central to the development is The Stirling Club.

Visitors to the sales pavilion can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of two towers.

The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road.

It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
