-- Lee & Associates appointed David M. Flynn as vice president and partner in the Las Vegas office. Prior to his appointment, he was the company's 2002 Associate of the Year.

-- Geotechnical & Environmental Services named Timothy Dillavou and Abby Gray to be lab technicians. They test soils, concrete and asphalt for residential, commercial and public works projects in the Las Vegas area.
