Todd Kirk is delighted with his job as area construction manager at Centex Homes' Waterfall community and its four neighborhoods in North Las Vegas.

Kirk said that at any given time, his crew is at work on as many as 300 home sites, performing duties that range from trenching to moving buyers into their new homes.

Each neighborhood is named for a waterfall. In July, Kirk purchased a home for himself in Angeline Falls. It offers two-story homes as large as 3,063 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths. Additional features include optional casitas, three-car garages, turrets and porte cocheres.
Aberdeen also comprises two-story residences. They can measure as large as 3,807 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.
Latourell's single-story homes offer as many as four bedrooms in 2,756 square feet. Features may include great rooms with 11-foot ceilings, morning rooms, casitas and three-car garages.
The largest of Isabel's single-story floor plans measures 2,227 square feet, with features that may include morning rooms, covered patios and optional dual master suites.
Buyers can choose from a total of 15 floor plans, each of which offers three exterior designs. Each is also Energy Star certified and contains energy-efficient features such as low-e windows; upgraded insulation in exterior walls; and water-saving toilets, showerheads and sink faucets.
The builder provides a two-year fit-and-finish warranty.
The community is planned to include four private parks, playgrounds, a water-play area, climbing wall, swimming pools as well as a recreation center.
