San Niccolo nears closeout at Villages at Southern Highlands
Southwest Homes' San Niccolo neighborhood, located in the Villages at Southern Highlands, is near closeout with only a few remaining homes. "Home buyers have shown great interest in San Niccolo's designs and exclusive amenities," said Todd Slusher, president of Southwest Homes. "We are very pleased with the community's success." The gated neighborhood features five single-and two-story designs. Prices range from $466,990 to $592,990. All five models -- the Refugio, Campana, Estrella, Tucano and Capri -- feature Tuscany-inspired architecture and landscaped front yards. At 1,655 square feet, the Refugio contains vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms and two baths, while the 1,819-square-foot Campana contains four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Estrella's and the Tucano's floor plans measure 1,898 and 2,302 square feet, respectively. The Estrella has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, while the Tucano features five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The Capri is the largest, measuring 3,181 square feet, and contains five bedrooms and three baths. Each home offers ceramic-tile entries, walk-in closets, and options such as bonus rooms and upgraded maple, cherry and hickory cabinets. The Villages at Southern Highlands features more than a dozen builders. Homes are priced from the $200,000s to the $600,000s. For more information, stop by any model complex and pick up a map of the community. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
