Pulte Homes provides fall delivery

Pulte Homes is unveiling its "Home for the Holidays" program, which offers quick delivery at three of its neighborhoods.

"For serious home buyers, the time is now to take advantage of our deliveries throughout the valley," Todd Hahn, vice president of sales, said. "As the holidays are quickly approaching, start your season in style in a brand-new Pulte home."

Palomar, a gated neighborhood in The Paseos village in Summerlin, has a limited number of home sites. It comprises homes from four builders, and features three Pulte single-story designs ranging from 2,120 to 2,505 square feet, priced from the mid-$500,000s.

The Anthem Highlands community, located in Henderson, offers five collections of homes ranging from 1,580 to 3,483 square feet, priced from the low $300,000s.

Silverstone Ranch is located in the northwest and is adjacent to the fairways of the 27-hole Silverstone Golf Club. It offers six collections of homes and 23 floor plans. Prices start from the high $200,000s.

All of the homes meet Energy Star standards for energy efficiency established by the Environmental Protection Agency. In addition, each home incorporates the Platinum Plus level of Environments For Living technology and offers a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.

To visit Palomar, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard and go west. Take the second right onto Desert Foothills Drive (There is no street sign at the intersection). Turn left onto Desert Sunrise Road, left again on Pluma Verde Lane and then right onto Montura Rosa Place. The models are on the the left.

To visit Anthem Highlands, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway, and follow the signs.

To visit Silverstone Ranch, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

The builder offers 23 active subdivisions valleywide, including Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley; Serenata, Treviso, Pavona, Salerno and Terrasini in the Aliante master-planned community; Miramonte, Escala and Cordova in Summerlin; Westchester Hills in the southwestern valley; and Amber Ridge at Mission Hills in Henderson.
