The closest handicapped space is at the next building at least 500 yards away, at the other end of my building. My building does not have a handicapped space. Is there any way that I can force them to designate a handicapped space that I can use in my building's parking area? I am going into surgery and may be forced to use a wheelchair. My condition is permanent. They refused to help me.
