Pulte opens three neighborhoods in Summerlin
Pulte Homes celebrates the grand opening of three single-story-home neighborhoods today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Floor plans in these new developments are priced from the high $100,000s to the mid-$200,000s and are located in Summerlin's newest villages, The Vistas and Ridgebrook. Visitors will be shuttled between Bella Vista in The Vistas and nearby Sunset Ridge and Echo Ridge in Ridgebrook. Those who stop at all three today can enter to win prizes such as a "Taste of Summerlin" basket, crystal bowls, vacation getaways or car washes. Other activities include entertainment, demonstrations from various subcontractors, a visit from community mascot Summerlin Sam, and a donations stand for the "United We Stand" relief fund for the victims of last month's terrorist attacks. "A wide variety of buyers will find a new home that fits their lifestyle at one of these three exciting projects," company sales manager Todd Hahn said. "Each community offers what Pulte does best: innovative and fresh floor plans; top-quality, energy-efficient construction; technologically advanced wiring; and our commitment to the best customer service." Echo Ridge marks the debut of three new Mediterranean-inspired floor plans with courtyard entryways, circular dining nooks and rotunda entries. A total of five floor plans are available, ranging from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s. Sunset Ridge and Bella Vista both offer floor plans that range from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet. Prices start from the high $100,000s. Each of the floor plans offer flexible designs. To visit Bella Vista, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, head west and follow the builder's signs. To visit Echo Ridge and Sunset Ridge, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive. Travel north on Town Center to Desert Inn Road. Head west on Desert Inn, across Interstate 215, and follow the signs. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when each opens at noon. All three developments feature the Platinum Services Environments for Living building technology, recognized as EPA Energy Star homes. Each also features a structured wiring package with an integrated high-speed voice, data and video network including high-speed cable for telephone and data communications. Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, offers 12 active developments in Southern Nevada. In September, Pulte announced it earned the highest ranking among builders in Las Vegas in the J.D.
