Richmond American joins Seven Hills lineup

Richmond American Homes will build 46 homes within its gated Encore at Palatine Hill neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Prices start from the low $200,000s.

The two-story designs range from 1,985 to 3,279 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, loft options and three-story attic options. Casitas are also available. Buyers also have a choice of three exterior styles per plan.

"Home buyers are pleased to see that Richmond American has joined the list of fine builders at Seven Hills," sales agent Jim Storfer said. "Encore at Palatine Hill brings a collection of elegant ... family style homes to this community and buyers are quickly taking notice."

To visit the models, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south to Anthem Parkway. Take Anthem to Reunion Drive and go east, then north on Cornet Street and left on Paveene Avenue. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community that will comprise about 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes. The master plan includes 25 neighborhoods, city and neighborhood parks, landscaped areas, and miles of trails and walkways.

Homes are priced from the $140,000s to the $350,000s, and custom lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp., and Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned.

Four city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

The sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, about half a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
