PSA Constructors appoints national safety chief
-- PSA Constructors, a construction management firm based in Orlando, Fla., has named Charles O. Idehen its National Director of Safety. Idehen, a resident of Henderson, is responsible for establishing safety policies and procedures for all of the company's project sites. -- The Restrepo Consulting Group announced three appointments: Charles Barr has been named research manager; Heather Lueben has been appointed project manager of the firm's public sector division, specializing in urban and regional planning projects; and Vida Splan has been hired as the company's administrative assistant. -- Centra Properties will develop an 84,000-square-foot, mixed-use retail center on 22 acres at the southeast corner of Stephanie Street and Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson. -- Marvin Rubin of Re/Max Achievers in Las Vegas received the Joe Nolan Memorial Award from the Nevada Association of Realtors. Rubin, a 30-year industry veteran, received the honor in recognition of his longtime service to Realtors and the community. -- Marcus & Millichap's Chris Bentley represented Woodridge Villas Apartments in its sale of 168,300 square feet at 1591 Chartered Circle to Albert Lin for $7.4 million. -- NAI Americana Commercial's Lisa Godley Gilstrap represented AVW Audio Visual in its two-year lease of 51,125 square feet at 3825 W. Sunset Road from Majestic Runway Partners, represented by Rod Martin, for $3.1 million. Charlotte M. Sousa represented SDL in its five-year lease of 1,415 square feet at the "A" Mall at 1225 E. Sahara Ave. to Kenny Chan's Karaoke City, represented by Phillip Baca, for $106,125.
