Custom-home sites available at Seven Hills

Custom-home sites remain available at Seven Hills in Henderson.

Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, the community's guard-gated custom neighborhoods feature lots with city, mountain and golf course views. Lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, and some are as large as one acre.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold and more than 120 homes have been completed, are under construction or in architectural review.

Neighborhood amenities include landscaped open spaces, a private view park, private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and playground.

The community also features four city parks with basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds.

To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.

It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
