Park Towers nears final sales

Sales are reaching a grand finale at Park Towers in Las Vegas and only a few homes remain, according to Cindy DellaValle, director of sales.

"Don't let the curtain close on your opportunity to have the Park Towers lifestyle," she said.

Park Towers features 84 condominium residences within two 20-story towers that overlook the Las Vegas Strip. Casino executive Steve Wynn and real estate entrepreneur Irwin Molasky developed the property.

"Like the Golden Gate Bridge, the Empire State Building or the Hope Diamond, there will only be one Park Towers," DellaValle said. "Once prospective homeowners tour Park Towers, they immediately fall in love with the lifestyle offered here. However, these homes are truly limited editions and with only a few remaining, now is the time to buy."

Among the residences available for sale is a 5,400-square-foot home with five bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. Other features include five baths with marble accents, terraces, kitchen with upgraded appliances, dining area, wine chiller and black granite counter tops.

Homeowners have access to resort-like amenities and services such as 24-hour valet, concierge, a private spa, fitness center and pool area with cabanas, Hollywood-style screening room, board room and business service center, wine cellar, library, and landscaped French gardens.

Seventeenth- and 18th-century statues, vases, tapestries and other antiquities adorn the lobby, library, rose arbors and gardens.

"One of the most outstanding amenities at Park Towers is a handsome wine cellar of unbelievable quality and authenticity," DellaValle said.

Each residence has a private locker for 30 bottles, which are kept at the proper temperature and humidity. The bins were designed for single bottles but the racks can be removed for bulk storage. Additional cellar space is available.

The Park Towers Sales Center is located at One Hughes Center Drive.
