Toll Bros. sees early interest in Toscana



Toscana, a new neighborhood by Toll Bros., has been well received by home buyers in its first two months, according to a company official.

The neighborhood features 120 home sites that measure at least one-half acre, and offers four one- and two-story floor plans.

The Villa D'Este plan features a courtyard entry, great room, as many as five bedrooms and bay windows. It is priced from $367,975.

Offering as many as six bedrooms, the Portofino is a two-story home with master suite and bonus room on the second floor. It is priced from $386,975.

With as many as five bedrooms, the Sorrento features a formal dining room, and family and living rooms. It is priced from $396,975.

The Milano features a courtyard entry, family room and as many as six bedrooms. A deck is optional. The home is priced from $428,975.

Models for the three floor plans are scheduled to open in early 2003.

Located at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way, the gated neighborhood will include amenities such as a 2-acre park with a gazebo.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
