Mystic Canyon offers all single-story floor plans

The recent opening of Mystic Canyon by Richmond American Homes offers home buyers single-story homes.

The 60-home neighborhood is located in northwest Las Vegas at Elkhorn Road and Decatur Boulevard.

Three floor plans are offered and two model homes are open for viewing.

The three-bedroom Arlington measures from 2,387 to 2,602 square feet with options for a casita, home office or retreat off of the master bedroom. A variety of exterior stylings include stone accents or brick accents. The floor plan is priced from the $210,000s.

The Barnegat ranges from 2,440 to 3,041 square feet with many design options, such as an expanded living room or dining room, fifth bedroom, extended family room and kitchen nook, theater or secondary suite. This home is priced from the $220,000s.

Also priced from the $220,000s, the Huntington floor plan measures from 2,659 to 3,263 square feet. A detached casita, home office, theater, fifth bedroom and courtyard are optional.

Standard amenities include raised-panel interior doors, upgraded baseboards, oak cabinets with concealed hinges and crown molding, appliance packages that include built-in microwaves and three-car garages.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway and exit east to Interstate 215. Go north on Jones Boulevard to Elkhorn Road, head east and follow the signs.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The builder offers 16 neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Homes are base priced from the $100,000s to the $300,000s.
