Wyeth Ranch homes ready for move-in



Pulte Homes has homes ready for immediate occupancy at its Wyeth Ranch neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

Five single-story designs are featured in the gated neighborhood, four of which are modeled. Homes are priced from $372,990 to $446,990.

The 2616 plan, named for its square footage, features three bedrooms, a den, dining room, great room with a media niche and fireplace, and island kitchen. The master suite offers a walk-in closet, and separate tub and shower.

Two 2616 homes are available; they are priced at $423,440 and $428,090. Amenities include a bay window in the master suite, French doors off the dining room, upgraded kitchen appliances and granite counter tops.

A courtyard entry highlights the 3064 plan. Features include living and family rooms; kitchen with a bar; master suite with a walk-in closet and separate tub and shower; and a two-car garage.

Two 3064 homes are available. Priced at $475,640, one home features a spa tub in the master bath, bay window in the master suite, and custom concrete in the front yard. The other home, priced at $487,690, offers five bedrooms, a den, four-car garage and exterior fireplace.

A courtyard, covered patio and formal living room highlight the 3591 plan. Two available homes in this design are priced at $491,250 and $503,740, and feature gated courtyards, upgraded kitchen appliances and garage service doors.

Other designs available include the 3,005-square-foot plan. Features include family, living and formal dining rooms; kitchen with a bar; and master suite with a walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. A four-car garage and sitting room are optional.

Also offered is the 3,816-square-foot plan. The home has a master suite with a retreat, island kitchen that overlooks the great room, and a den that can be converted into a fifth bedroom.

Amenities include upgraded kitchen cabinets and counter tops, upgraded flooring, and prewiring for audio and security systems.

Homes feature the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living technology that includes 2X6 exterior framing that allows for additional insulation. In addition, they offer a three-year guarantee on heating and cooling costs.

Neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park with basketball courts and a gazebo.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to Centennial Parkway east and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, turn left and follow the signs to Elkhorn Road.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
