New phase set for release at Fiesta Del Norte

Pardee Homes recently celebrated the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Fiesta Del Norte, and will release a new phase today.

The 200-home neighborhood at Allen Lane and El Campo Grande in North Las Vegas offers three- and four-bedroom homes with as many as three baths.

"Fiesta Del Norte offers a great lineup of single-story plans that are each backed with Pardee's Energy Star commitment," sales executive Rob Tuvell said.

Three new designs, as well as the Plan Four from the builder's Fiesta neighborhood, located about one mile south of the development, are available.

Plan One measures 1,521 square feet and has three bedrooms or two bedrooms and an optional den, two baths, living and dining rooms, and a three-car garage. It is priced from $189,950.

Measuring 1,779 to 1,913 square feet and priced from $201,950 and $210,950, the Plan Two has three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom, two baths and a two-car garage.

Plan Three measures 2,066 square feet and features four bedrooms and an expanded two-car garage. Options include a media room, teen room and den. The home is priced from $221,950.

Four bedrooms are featured in the 2,311-square-foot Plan Four design. The home, priced from $236,950, has a family room, living and dining rooms, and three-car garage. Options include a den, master-suite retreat or nursery.

All homes have the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label certifying they are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Allen Lane, go north and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
