Third-tower sales under way at Residences at MGM Grand
Builder supports its 'charity of choice'
Studio, one- and two-bedroom units are available in the third 40-story tower at The Residences at MGM Grand, a condominium-hotel under construction on the resort's property, according to sales director Dan Riordan.
"This our third and final tower, and many purchasers do not want to miss the opportunity to live with the amenities of the Strip in their back yard," Riordan said.

Prices start from $550,000 to more than $2.5 million.
The first two towers are sold out and under construction. The first tower is slated for completion in June 2006.
Each high-rise will feature 24-hour front desk and concierge services, in-suite dining and a guarded entrance, as well as a fitness center and swimming pool.
Residences are furnished down to the linens and tableware. Each unit features crown molding, raised-panel wood doors, data connectivity, and granite counter tops.
Floor plans range from 600 to 1,600 square feet.
A furnished two-bedroom model is available for viewing at the sales office within MGM Grand's Studio Walk. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
