Landscaping draws buyers to Bella Vita
Mature trees and landscaping have attracted buyers to Bella Vita, a condominium development in southwest Las Vegas, according to sales agent Brent Simmons. "At many communities, you have to really search for a tree that provides some shade. At our community, we have large, mature trees and lush landscaping," he said. "(It) is just one of the great added values available at Bella Vita. Having a place for families to picnic and children to play really adds to the `good life' Bella Vita translates into." Five floor plans are available. The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo model measures 720 square feet with a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the low $100,000s. Two plans feature two bedrooms. The Sera design has one bath, measures 816 square feet, and is priced from high $120,000s. The Luna model has two baths, measures 978 square feet, and is priced from the mid-$150,000s. Three bedrooms are available in the Solé, which has two baths and measures 1,198 square feet; and the Terra, which has three baths and measures 1,444 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$170,000s and high $180,000s, respectively. Each unit features raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds and granite counter tops and surrounds in the kitchen and bath. The model home center and sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5070 River Glen Drive, Unit 93. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Flamingo Road exit then go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
