Ivy Lane buyers tout condos' value

Buyers at Ivy Lane in Henderson said the condominium complex leads the way in value, according to spokesperson Tawnya Rosenthal.

"(They) are telling us that Ivy Lane has allowed them to live the luxurious lifestyle they always dreamed of," she said.

The 1,050-square-foot units have two bedrooms and two baths, and are priced from the mid-$150,000s.

"Many home buyers are discovering that for less than $1,000 per month, which is for many people the price of rent, they can actually still own their own home. For many, that makes their decision to invest in an Ivy Lane condominium home very easy," she said.

Units feature granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, three patios or balconies, a fireplace, skylight in the upstairs units, and Roman tub.

The development has ivy-lined pathways, mature palm trees and a bridge over Duck Creek, which divides the property. There are also three pools and spas.

The models and sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1212 Bass Drive.

To visit, take Interstate 215 east to Warm Springs Road, exit east to Pecos Road and go north, then east on Sunset Road. The complex is south of Sunset on Annie Oakley Drive just before Green Valley Parkway.
