Agent: Lifestyle draws buyers to City Lights

The turnkey lifestyle offered at City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, is attracting a variety of buyers, according to sales agent Christine Hardwick.

"There's the two pools and a spa, as well as the exercise room in our recreation center, where people can keep toned up," Hardwick said. "Plus, the grounds are maintained through our homeowners association."

Three floor plans are available.

The one-bedroom, one-bath New York model measures 776 square feet, and is priced at $98,900.

Paris, which is priced at $129,900, offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,018 square feet.

The Milan, which features a breakfast bar, has three bedrooms and two baths in 1,142 square feet. It is priced at $151,900.

Amenities include granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, raised-panel doors, a patio or balcony, laundry room, storage area, stove and dishwasher. In addition, buyers using the seller's preferred lender will receive a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave.

The development is located on Lake Mead Boulevard, just north of Hollywood Boulevard, at the base of Sunrise Mountain. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
