Pardee Homes is offering country club memberships to home buyers at Bella Fiore, a gated neighborhood of luxury homes on The Falls Golf Course at Lake Las Vegas Resort, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.
Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, the Silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls or Reflection Bay golf courses, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course set to open in 2008.

The neighborhood of Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences is located just off Lake Las Vegas Parkway on the west end of Lake Las Vegas Resort, alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance.
Bella Fiore will include 157 homes on home sites that average more than 7,000 square feet. Prices range from $765,450 to $882,450.
Lake Las Vegas Resort is a residential and resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake located 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Within the 3,592-acre master-planned resort is a variety of residential offerings, resorts, three golf courses, casinos, full-service marinas, water's edge restaurants and cafes and boutiques.
Bella Fiore floor plans range from 2,822 to 4,376 square feet and feature amenities such as courtyards with optional fireplaces, plus home offices and an optional casita.
Plan One and Plan Two offer four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage, and measures 2,822 and 2,835 square feet, respectively. Plan Two X offers 3,214 square feet with a second-floor casita and tech room.
Plan Three's two-story design offers four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 3,959 square feet, plus a three-car garage. The home also includes a library and bonus room.
The two-story Plan Four design is a 4,376-square-foot home with as many as five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths plus a three-car garage.
All of the homes are Energy Star certified.
To visit Bella Fiore, take the Las Vegas Beltway east to Lake Mead Parkway and continue east to Lake Las Vegas Parkway. Turn left and follow the directional signs to the neighborhood, just beyond The Falls Golf Course.
The model park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except on Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
