Pulte Homes has started selling homes in its Bristol Heights neighborhood near Providence, a master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas. Home designs range from 3,799 to 4,378 square feet, offering as many as six bedrooms, four baths and three-car garages. Base prices begin from the upper $500,000s.
"Bristol Heights is an amazing community because of its intimate size of only 35 home sites," said Nick Parks, director of marketing for Pulte Homes.
