American Nevada plans open house

American Nevada Co. will sponsor a "Pre-Holiday Open House" next Saturday at its Bella Vista Apartment Homes property in Green Valley Ranch. Hosted by the company's commercial division, the event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

One-, two- and three-bedroom units with garages are available, and rent from $860 per month. Designed to resemble townhomes, the floor plans range from single-story units with one bedroom and one bath to two-story units with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

All units have ceramic-tile entries and counter tops, full-sized washers and dryers, microwave ovens, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fans. Select units feature fireplaces, garden tubs and private patios.

The landscaped complex also features a resort-style, heated swimming pool and spa, as well as a clubhouse with a fitness center, theater, business center, kitchen and lounge with a fireplace.
