Pardee releasing Fiesta homes

A new phase of homes is slated for release next weekend in Pardee's Fiesta neighborhood in North Las Vegas, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"Fiesta is one of Pardee's most popular neighborhoods because of its strong location and good prices. And (in December), for every home sold in Fiesta, Pardee will donate $500 to The Shade Tree Shelter for homeless women and children," Tuvell said.

Upon completion, the community will consist of 138 single-story homes.

"... Fiesta's Energy Star homes include extra savings in energy costs. There are many built-in features that contribute to this added efficiency," Tuvell said.

The homes feature spectrally selective glass that keeps out roughly 75 percent of ultraviolet rays, saving energy and preventing fabric fade; and sealed ducts that allow heating and cooling systems to work more efficiently, Tuvell said.

The builder's energy-saving program meets Energy Star standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency to increase a home's energy efficiency by at least 30 percent.

Additional amenities include master suites and interior laundry rooms.

Measuring 1,383 square feet, Plan One features three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with optional den, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced from $145,950.

The Plan Two features three bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage in a 1,593-square-foot design priced from $155,950. Another configuration offers three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage with optional nursery or retreat; it is priced from $165,950.

Plan Three offers three bedrooms, two baths and a two- or three-car garage in a design measuring 1,836 square feet and priced from $171,950. Or, it can be designed with 1,986 square feet to feature four bedrooms, two baths, optional den, and two-car garage; it is priced from $180,450.

The Plan Four features four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage with optional den and powder room in 2,315 square feet. It is priced from $190,450.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Allen Lane, and go north 1 1/4 miles. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
