Final custom lots marketed at Seven Hills

Silver Canyon Partnership, the developer of Seven Hills, has assembled the final 20 custom-home sites in the 1,310-acre community in Henderson.

All of the lots are located in guard-gated neighborhoods, many with views of the city, mountains or a golf course. Among these neighborhoods are a view park, 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Home sites are priced from the $170,000s to more than $1 million. The largest lot available measures about an acre.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
