Gresham Park homes ready for pre-holiday move-in

Several homes are available for move-in before the holidays at Pulte Homes' Gresham Park neighborhood in Summerlin.

Among them is a 1777 Plan home, a two-story design with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,777 square feet. Upgraded carpet and tile are included, as is a computer loft overlooking the great room. The home is priced at $251,089.

Also available are two 1998 Plans, both of which are two-story homes measuring 1,998 square feet with three bedrooms, a computer loft and two-car garage. Each also has upgraded flooring and a stone exterior.

One of the 1998 designs features an island kitchen and is priced at $271,355, while the other has a great room with a fireplace and a covered patio. It is priced at $280,398.

Many features are standard in the kitchens of Gresham Park homes, such as side-by-side refrigerators, upgraded cabinets, crown molding, under-cabinet lighting, cook tops, built-in ovens and microwaves, and solid-surface counter tops.

Also included with each home is a garage door opener with remote access key pad, laundry room cabinets, a security system with one-year of monitoring, oak stair rails, and upgraded bath and kitchen faucets.

Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story designs, ranging from 1,359 to 2,000 square feet.

Homes are priced from $204,990 to $255,990.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue, travel east to Town Center Drive, go left, then turn right on La Madre Mountain Drive.

The sales office and models are open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
