Builder: Easy living draws buyers to Rancho Lake Condominiums

The desire for a low-maintenance lifestyle has brought buyers to Rancho Lake Condominiums, a gated development located at 2075 N. Rancho Drive, just south of Lake Mead Boulevard.

Developer BHP Investors reports that more than half of the available 300 units have been sold or reserved. The complex is in the fourth of seven planned phases.

Buyers can choose from three one-bedroom models priced from $95,000; three two-bedroom models priced from $127,000; and three three-bedroom units priced from $145,000. The units range from 719 to 1,105 square feet.

Interior amenities include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, washer, dryer and window coverings.

Common-area amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, spa, playground and barbecue area.

A monthly association fee of $122 covers water, sewer, trash, and maintenance of the clubhouse and buildings' exteriors.

The sales office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
