Jimmy Jones, an executive with Sunrise Colony Co., said the developer built the village to include the amenities found at a resort.
"Siena was designed to incorporate a desirable selection of residential opportunities with a variety of unsurpassed recreational amenities in a quaint village-like atmosphere, and, with less than 20 new homes remaining available, this is the final opportunity for those who would like to purchase a new home in this magnificent community," Jones said.
The 665-acre village is built around the 18-hole Siena Golf Club. The par-72 daily-fee course is open to all ages, however, Siena residents receive special rates and preferred tee times.
Situated outside of the village, the golf clubhouse is open to the public. It features a pro shop, Italian-themed restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and room for private receptions.
A 38,000-square-foot social center features a ballroom, computer learning center, painting facility, sewing and quilting center, area for fine arts with a kiln, music room, game rooms, a business center, private meeting rooms, a library and office for the activities staff.
New homes are priced from the $400,000s to $1 million. The all-single-story floor plans range from 1,040 to more than 3,000 square feet. Each plan in the six Italian-themed collections offers a range of customizing opportunities.
