Builder offers preconstruction incentives at Geyser Peak

Meritage Homes offers a preconstruction incentive valued at $8,000 at Geyser Park through Dec. 31.

The North Las Vegas neighborhood consists of 132 Mediterranean-style homes with fair-sized lots, according to sales agent Bryan Latta.

"Our regular lots are big enough to put a pool in the back yard. The lots are a minimum 60X100 feet and we have even larger lots for a premium," Latta said.

Prices start from the $330,000s.

Plan One, the Ricci, is a 2,030-square-foot, single-story home with four bedrooms, three baths, a great room and country kitchen. It has a den option, as well as a one-car garage option.

Sonoma, the two-story Plan Two, measures 2,360 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a great room, library and split three-car garage. The one-car garage can be made into an office or den, while the second-story master suite can be extended by removing bedroom three or the same area can be transformed into a loft. A fifth bedroom or bonus room is optional.

The 2,843-square-foot, two-story Plan Three, Vallerga, offers three bedrooms, three baths, a country kitchen, great room, den and bonus room. It can be built with a fourth bedroom in place of the den, a fifth bedroom with bath in lieu of the bonus room and the covered patio can be converted into a garden room.

Plan Four is the two-story, 2,829-square-foot Alexander, which has five bedrooms, four baths, a covered patio, formal dining room and split three-car garage. A casita or office can be built in place of the third garage, and a garden room can replace the covered patio. A second-story bonus room can be built above the living room and one bedroom can be built as a loft.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 or Interstate 15 to the northern section of Interstate 215, exit at Losee Road, turn south and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
