Pulte readies to debut Salerno at Aliante in North Las Vegas



Salerno, Pulte Homes' fifth neighborhood within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, will debut three models during a grand opening celebration next Saturday.

The festivities are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include refreshments, live jazz, and a drawing for a gift certificate to Aliante Golf Club.

The neighborhood offers three floor plans priced from $329,990.

A 1,671-square-foot design features three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and two-car garage. It has 9-foot ceilings and offers an optional bay window in the master suite.

The 1,729-square-foot plan has three bedrooms, two baths, an optional courtyard, great room, dining room and a two-car garage.

Highlighting the 1,900-square-foot design are three bedrooms, two baths, a family room, dining room and 2 1/2-car garage.

All of the homes in the neighborhood exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and feature the Platinum Plus level of the Environments for Living technology. This enables the builder to offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on walls around living spaces.

Residents have access to the master plan's myriad amenities including the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park that features a lake, archaeological-themed playground, water play area, soccer fields, lighted tennis courts and volleyball stadium.

In addition, the public Aliante Golf Club features an 18-hole, par-72 course.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go south to the community's information center.

The neighborhood's sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
