Toll Bros. plans showcase flexibility

Toll Bros. showcases offices and dens in several of its luxury-home designs offered throughout the valley, according to Gary Mayo, a vice president of the company.

"Our buyers have worked hard to climb the ladder of success. They deserve a distinguished space to work from home whether it's for the big meeting at the office or paying the family bills," he said.

The rooms also can accommodate other uses, such as adding bookshelves to transform the space into a library. Mayo said other ideas include creating a room for watching television, entertaining guests or a studio for art or music.

"The possibilities are nearly limitless. The size of these rooms allow home buyers to create the ideal space for themselves and their families, personalizing according to their needs," Mayo said. "Not everyone likes to take work home, and many would rather have a quiet retreat to call their own."

Designs featuring an office are the Caravella and Avenida plans, available in The Reserve collection at both Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson and Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin.

Dens are offered in the Sondrio, Treporti and Modena floor plans within The Retreat at Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club and Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands.

The company has been building luxury homes for more than 35 years. It operates more than 215 active subdivisions in 21 states.
