In just a year after opening for sales, The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas has sold nearly all of its 1,282 units.
According to Jack Christie, vice president of sales and marketing, most buyers have cited trust in the Trump brand name when purchasing their units.

"A large part of our success is due to the Trump brand and all that it implies," Christie said. "Our buyers know that this is the ultimate Las Vegas address."
Located on the Las Vegas Strip, upon completion The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will comprise 1,282 hotel-condominium apartments, with studio units, one-, two- and three-bedroom units and penthouse suites.
More than 40 floors of the 64-story tower have been constructed with a new floor added every week.
Al Thomas, a Las Vegas-based entrepreneur who is among those who purchased early, is looking forward to the tower opening, scheduled for the first quarter of 2008.
"The location reminds me of 5th Avenue in New York, one of the most prestigious addresses in the world," Thomas said. "This will be a place where you can walk out of the building, go right across the street to the best shopping in town and have a concierge come get your bags and take them to your suite. You won't find that anywhere else in Las Vegas.
"The icing on the cake is knowing that my investment value can do nothing but rise."
Prices at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas range from the $700,000s to $7 million.
Buyers can live in the unit full- or part-time, rent it out themselves, rent it through Trump hotel operations or use an outside property management company.
Residents and guests at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will receive personalized services such as 24-hour concierge and security, spa, fitness center and salon, a sparkling heated outdoor pool and sundeck with a bar.
In addition, resident services within the tower include a business center with meeting facilities, doorman and valet parking and gourmet and casual dining.
The sales plaza is located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South, on the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Strip and Fashion Show Lane.
