Pardee plans new release at Bella Fiore in Lake Las Vegas

Development backs up to The Falls Golf Club within resort

Pardee Homes' newest Southern Nevada neighborhood, Bella Fiore, is scheduled to release a new phase of homes next Saturday, Dec. 3.

The collection, located within Lake Las Vegas Resort, will include 139 homes on lots averaging more than 7,000 square feet in an exclusive gated community.

"Bella Fiore's five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community and its Mediterranean and Tuscan design influences," sales director Ray Landry said. "The neighborhood has a breathtaking setting surrounded by the golf course, scenic mountains and even views of the Las Vegas skyline."

Floor plans range from 2,822 to 4,265 square feet and feature courtyards with optional fireplaces, plus home offices and an optional casita.

Plan One at Bella Fiore measures 2,822 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, an office, 2 1/2 baths and three-car garage.

Plan Two is offered in a single story design with three bedrooms, an office, 2 1/2 baths and split three-car garage. In addition, a Plan Two X version is available which adds a second floor with a casita. Plan Two has 2,908 square feet of living space while Plan Two X measures 3,286 square feet.

Plan Three has 3,959 square feet of living space in a two-story design with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, three-car tandem garage, library and bonus room.

Plan Four features 4,265 square feet in a two-story design with as many as five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, loft, bonus room and split three-car garage.

The homes are located off of Lake Las Vegas Parkway on the west end of the resort, alongside The Falls Golf Club, near the main entrance. Pricing ranges from $705,450 to $807,450.

The first home buyers will receive a Silver Membership to The Club at Lake Las Vegas, upon approval.
