Renaissance features `family-sized' homes

With secondary bedrooms measuring up to 13-feet by 14-feet, Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood offers spacious homes for families in the Seven Hills community, according to sales executive Ray Landry.

"Renaissance represents one of the best values in upscale living in Southern Nevada," Landry said. "In addition to palatial master suites, Renaissance features spacious private areas for other household members to spread out."

The gated neighborhood in Henderson offers five single- and two-story floor plans offering as many as five bedrooms and five baths. The homes are located on terraced home sites and are priced from $274,450 to $369,950.

The single-story designs include the options for two bedrooms with a den or optional suite, three bedrooms with a den, or four bedrooms in about 2,700 to 2,800 square feet.

The three two-story plans measure from about 3,700 to 4,600 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, including a design with a downstairs owner suite.

The homes feature rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, fireplaces, high ceilings, and arched doorways.

Each kitchen features ceramic-tile counter tops, a pull-out faucet, oak cabinetry, a pantry, five-burner cook top, built-in microwave/oven combination, dishwasher, and the option for commercially appointed appliances.

Buyers may select options and upgrades at the builder's design center, including bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors, wrought-iron balustrades, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, and wraparound balcony in one model.

"Pardee is continuing its tradition of building energy-efficient homes with Renaissance," Landry said. "Pardee is including features that meet the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation."

According to Landry, benefits from these designations include a decrease in ultraviolet light through special glass windows, savings in utilities, and quieter homes due to vinyl-framed windows.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

For nearly 50 years, Pardee has built more than 21,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley.
