Naples enters final phase at Seven Hills

The final nine homes have been released for sale at Naples, a gated Kimball Hill Homes neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson. According to sales agent Michelle Rock, this release features lots measuring as large as 9,000 square feet.

"These homes are spacious and competitively priced, the neighborhood is very attractive and the Seven Hills community offers the quality amenities that today's buyer demands," Rock said.

Three single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,245 to 2,242 square feet. Prices start from the high $140,000s. A few homes will be ready for occupancy before the holidays.

The homes offer as many as five bedrooms, covered porches and patios, loft options, great rooms, island kitchens, and owner suites.

Naples is one of several neighborhoods offered in Seven Hills, a 1,300-acre community being developed by Silver Canyon Partnership. At buildout, there will be more than 3,000 homes, 25 neighborhoods, city and neighborhood parks, landscaped open space, and miles of trails.

More than 45 floor plans are available, and are priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom lots are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The information center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
