Toll Bros.' Toscana complements landscape



Homes with a Mediterranean flair and designed to complement the surrounding landscape are being offered by Toll Bros. at its new Toscana neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

"The stone and natural color palette of the homes is reflective of the quiet beauty of the surrounding desert and mountains," said Gary Mayo, vice president.

Four designs will be offered on 120 half-acre and larger home sites at the neighborhood, located near the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way. The one- and two-story designs are priced from the high $300,000s.

Villa D'Este features a courtyard entry and great room. Its flexible design can accommodate as many as five bedrooms and offers options such as bay windows. Pricing starts at $371,975.

Offering as many as six bedrooms, the two-story Portofino has a master suite and second-floor bonus room. An optional guest casita is available. The home is priced from $389,975.

Sorrento, which can be built with as many as five bedrooms, has a formal dining room, family room and living room. It can be expanded with an optional casita or additional two-car garage. It is priced from $399,975.

A courtyard entry highlights the Milano design, which offers as many as six bedrooms. An optional deck is available. The home is priced from $431,975.

All homes feature side-entry three- or four-car garages, and master baths with spa tubs. Optional features include attached or detached casitas.

Planned neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground.

Each of the floor plans will be represented with a model, which are scheduled to open early next year. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
