-- Centra Properties and Panattoni Development broke ground on a 131,000-square-foot distribution building at the Craig Distribution Center, a joint development between the two firms. It is the second building to be constructed on the 26-acre site, located at the southeast corner of Craig Road and Flossmoor Street.

-- Bill Dunbar and George Okinaka of CB Richard Ellis represented Dollar Tree Stores in its 10-year lease of 11,008 square feet at 864-882 S. Boulder Highway from Henderson Shopping Village for $1.1 million.

-- E. Thomas Naseef of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Hacienda & Cameron in its sale of 47,272 square feet at 5329 S. Cameron St. to Donald W. Thomas Properties, represented by Geoffrey West of CB Richard Ellis, for $4.4 million.

-- Jerry Hagfeldt and Bob Miller of MDL Group represented Charleston Valley View General Partnership in its 63-month lease of 3,505 square feet at Charleston Valley View Office Park, located at 3811 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 104, to America's MoneyLine, represented by David Afromsky of Colliers International, for $370,128.

-- Colliers International's Scot Marker and David Grant represented Trop 15 in its seven-year lease of 1,401 square feet at the southwest corner of Tropicana Avenue and Fort Apache Road to Domino's Pizza for $260,000. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented EJM Development Co. in its 48-month lease of 3655 E. Patrick Lane, Suites 600 and 700, to The Design Group, represented by Dean Willmore of GVA Industrial Property Group, for $268,348. Pinter represented Valley View II in its 124-month lease of 6,624 square feet at 6265 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite H, to Schindler Elevator Corp., represented by Paul Hoyt, for $693,752. Daniel J. Doherty, Jennifer Kilpatrick and Brian Pankratz represented 3145 Venture in its sale of 6,466 square feet at 3145 Venture Drive to Sharon Crow, represented by Jeanie Suthlerland of Century 21 MoneyWorld, for $505,000. Doherty, Kilpatrick and Pankratz represented Master Services Corp. and Breezer Equipment & Supply in the 60-month lease of 6,000 square feet at 4005 W. Dewey Drive from EMD Investment for $264,583. Doherty, Kilpatrick and Pankratz represented Harsch Investment Properties in its 63-month lease of 2,607 square feet at 900 Warm Springs Road, Suite 101, in Henderson to Subway Nevada for $175,014.

-- Frank Elam of NAI Horizon represented Whitney Ranch Office Warehouse in its sale of 56,661 square feet at Whitney Ranch Business Center, located at 1010 N. Stephanie St., to Masao Ishihama, represented by Joe Slyman and Phillip Roy of Liberty Realty and Key Realty, for $5.8 million. In another transaction, Penny J. Mendlovic represented O'Bannon Plaza in its two-year, six-month lease of 5,984 square feet at O'Bannon Plaza, located at 2211-2213 S. Rainbow Blvd., to De La Paz Enterprises, represented by Stuart Davidson of Grubb & Ellis, for $235,770.

-- Charles W. Witters and David Flynn of Lee and Associates represented Longford Plaza in its 38-month lease of 2,324 square feet at 3057 E. Warm Springs Road to the Offices of Jack Fields for $160,267. In another transaction, Shawn Barashy represented Bon Jour in its sale of 5,415 square feet at 5024 Cecile Ave. to Parvin J. Mody, represented by Sandy Frank of Coldwell Banker, for $339,500.

-- E. John Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty represented both parties in LB Industrial's sale of 7,573 square feet at 6420 Arville St. to Beal's Royal Glass & Mirror for $760,000.

-- Al Lefkowitz of Power Realty represented Architectural Resources in its four-year lease of 40,000 square feet at 3850 Ponderosa Way from Non-Ferrous Bolt & Mfg. Co., represented by Pat Marsh of Colliers International, for $509,568. In another transaction, David Abraham represented Marketing Solutions International in its one-year lease of 4,440 square feet at 1841 Whitney Mesa Drive from Marmi for $85,248. Debbie Cenzer represented both parties in Bob and Barbara Miller's sale of one-half acre at 5120 Pandana Circle to Michelle and William Martin for $57,000. Abraham also represented Goodwyn in its three-year lease of 1,814 square feet at 7310 W. Smoke Ranch Road, Suite H, from Brookhollow Business Park, represented by Rick Smith of Insight Realty Associates, for $63,915.

-- Jim Weld of Trident Development represented Trident Homes of Nevada in two leases at Trident Industrial Park, located at 2915 Losee Road in North Las Vegas. They were: five years for 15,600 square feet to DynCorp Technical Services for $682,919; and three years for 3,300 square feet to Pro Stage West, represented by Edward Leon of Re/Max Achievers, for $79,560.

-- Stoltz Management's Kirt Klaholz represented the company in its five-year lease of 44,631 square feet at 821 Grier Drive, in Hughes Airport Center, to EG&G Technical Services for $2.5 million. Klaholz also represented the company in its three-year lease of 45,639 square feet at 950 Grier Drive, in Hughes Airport Center, to GES Exposition Services for $1.4 million.
