Del American reports strong sales
Del American announced that 102 units of Vegas Grand, its new luxury condominium development in Las Vegas, have been reserved. To be built on Flamingo Road near Swenson Street, the $325 million Italian-inspired development will have 880 units. Its four collections -- Villa D'Este, Cipriani, Villaggio and Bella Venezia -- will offer more than 30 one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. They measure from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s to the high $700,000s. Amenities at the development will include a fitness center, spa, pools, barbecue areas, party pavilions and concierge services. "We are making a commitment that will provide the city with a new chapter in sumptuous living," said Christopher DelGuidice, chairman and chief executive officer. The developer, based in Altamonte Springs, Fla., has been building multifamily properties for more than 20 years. A preconstruction sales office is located at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 450. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
