    Excitement overtakes Jeff LaPour's normally reserved, Midwestern demeanor as the industrial developer pushes open the stiff front door leading into his newest acquisition. Flipping a light switch in a front office of the former Holsum Bread building, 299 W. Charleston Blvd., LaPour launches into his novel plan to transform the 50-year-old bakery into The Holsum Lofts, a mixed-used facility with art galleries, offices, a retail boutique, cafe and live-and-work lofts.
