Pardee preps for release of Talavera homes
Pardee Homes will release a new phase of homes next weekend at its Talavera neighborhood in Eldorado, a North Las Vegas community. "Talavera buyers get a lot of home for their dollars," said Rob Tuvell, sales director. "These homes represent a great value in a great neighborhood. That's why Talavera has been noted as one of the best places to live in Southern Nevada, based on price and location." Plan One is a single-story, three-bedroom home with two baths and a two-car garage. Measuring 1,383 square feet, the home is priced from $141,950. Plan Two, priced from $148,450, is a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Options include a fourth bedroom or den. The two-story Plan Three features four bedrooms, three baths, and a two-car garage in 2,046 square feet. An optional bonus room and three-car garage in 2,442 square feet is available. The home is priced from $165,950. As many as five bedrooms are available in the two-story Plan Four, which also features three baths, a den or optional loft, and three-car garage. At 2,296 square feet, the home is priced from $176,950. Houses feature the Energy Star package that keep them warmer in winter and cooler in summer while reducing the need for energy by at least 30 percent. "Pardee Homes is the only large builder in the country to make the commitment that all of its new homes comply with the EPA's Energy Star program. It's part of Pardee's commitment to the environment..." Tuvell said. The floor plans are featured in the community's model park. In addition, eight designs from the Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods are showcased. The Eldorado community includes an elementary school, parks and a fire station. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee Homes is celebrating 50 years of building homes and communities for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada.
