Residences ready for quick move-ins at Sun City Anthem

Sun City Anthem, an age-qualified community in Henderson, has several completed homes that are ready for move-in.

"We have many homes ready for immediate occupancy," sales manager Jim Bond said.

Among the available homes is a Lexington model, situated on Tulip Grove Court.

"It is located on a very private, long cul-de-sac. The house is right on the golf course overlooking the third fairway and in sight of three greens," Bond said.

Home features include a fireplace with raised hearth, upgraded appliances, maple cabinets, granite kitchen counter tops, full-height backsplash on counter tops, bronze low-e windows, and electrical upgrades. It also has a three-car garage, covered patio, bay windows in the bedroom, and kitchen nook. It is priced at $453,805.

Nineteen floor plans measuring from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet are offered at the community, with many of them available for immediate move-in. Prices range from the high $140,000s to more than $500,000.

"People know they can trust the Del Webb name. Professional designers, an extensive and supportive staff and the convenience of Del Webb Mortgage is all part of our one-stop-shopping approach," Bond said.

Community amenities include the 77,363-square-foot Anthem Center, one of the largest recreational facilities Del Webb has ever built. It offers fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents, as well as Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public.

To visit the site, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs.

The model village is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
