Pardee's Renaissance nears completion

Only five homes remain in Pardee Homes' gated Renaissance neighborhood, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.

"The final five homes include some of the finest views of the Las Vegas Valley, as well as the Rio Secco golf course. While Renaissance residents enjoy great views of the wide open spaces, they also have a sense of privacy from living in a gated community," he said.

Situated on terraced lots, the neighborhood is part of the elevated, 1,300-acre Seven Hills community in Henderson. Its amenities include parks and miles of trails.

Five one- and two-story floor plans are available. The Energy Star-certified homes are priced from $308,750 to $396,250.

"Pardee has included features that meet or exceed the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star label from the Environmental Protection Agency. Renaissance homes are certified to be 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes," Landry said.

Single-story plans offer as many as four bedrooms, optional dens or suites in designs ranging from 2,726 to 2,938 square feet. Three two-story plans measure from 3,756 to 4,620 square feet offering as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.

Features include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways.

Optional features include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entries, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, bar off the family room in Plan Four, and a wraparound balcony in another plan.

Kitchens feature granite counter tops, faucets with pull-out sprays, oak cabinetry, pantries, and upgraded appliance packages including five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven combinations, vent hoods and dishwashers. Options include expanded room for commercially appointed appliances.

Landry said options and upgrades may be selected at the builder's design center.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Celebrating 50 years in Southern Nevada, Pardee Homes has built homes for more than 25,000 families since 1952.
