Christopher enjoys strong sales at Southern Highlands

Christopher Homes continues to report strong sales at The Christopher Collection and The Villas in the Southern Highlands Golf Club.

Sales agent Teresa Tebbs said strong sales at the two neighborhoods prompted the builder to purchase an additional 55 home sites within the southwestern valley community.

"Christopher Homes recently released the second phase of these 55 home sites ahead of schedule and the response has been phenomenal," Tebbs said. "We are offering beautiful home sites, many with stunning golf course and mountain views; a choice of 21 distinctive residential designs, each of which can be modified and customized to the buyer's personal taste; and the luxury of a private, guard-gated country club location."

The single- and two-story designs range from 1,983 to 6,200 square feet, and the lots start at about one-quarter acre. Prices, including the home sites, range from the low $400,000s to more than $1 million.

Tebbs said the homes meet the needs of a range of buyers, offering main-level master suites, upstairs master suites and dual master suites. Myriad design options are available, including elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, casitas, detached guest quarters, major room additions, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars.

The Christopher Collection offers 13 single- and two-story designs that range from about 3,000 to 6,200 square feet and are priced from the low $500,000s to more than $1 million.

At The Villas, the majority of the homes are located in cul-de-sacs. Residences range from 1,983 to 3,400 square feet and are priced from the low $400,000s to the mid-$800,000s. Single-story plans can be expanded to two stories, and the two-story design can be expanded to three stories. All front-yard landscaping is handled through the community association.

The builder is also constructing custom residences at The Enclave in Southern Highlands Golf Club. This gated neighborhood features 18 homes that will be valued from about $1.5 million to $7.5 million. The custom lots range from about one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre and are priced from the high $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Buyers at The Enclave receive a golf membership to the country club, upon application approval.

The guard-gated golf club comprises a private course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr.; and a clubhouse with casual and fine dining, a wine room, library, lounges and locker rooms. The Spa at Southern Highlands features four lighted tennis courts, a pool, spa, fitness equipment, professional trainers, spa facilities and specialized treatment rooms. Concierge services include delivery from the clubhouse restaurant.
