-- Plise Development Cos. has named Rhonda Panciro leasing director. She is responsible for the marketing and leasing of a 1.5 million-square-foot office, retail and industrial portfolio, as well as lease negotiations and preparation, project marketing and advertising. Previously, Panciro was leasing director for The Pauls Corp.
