Pre-holiday move-ins offered at City Lights

Several buyers recently moved into the City Lights condominium complex in the northeastern valley, which reflected an upsurge in closings, according to sales agent John Di Carlo.

"Many of our recent buyers want to be able to occupy their homes prior to the holidays, and it seems as though we'll be able to accommodate them," Di Carlo said.

Three floor plans are available at the development.

The New York is a 776-square-foot design with one bedroom and one bath, priced from $98,900.

Paris is a 1,018-square-foot design priced from $129,900. It has two bedrooms and two baths.

Milan, which measures 1,142 square feet, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from $151,900.

Each unit features a stove, dishwasher, granite counter tops in the kitchen, patio or balcony with a storage room, walk-in closet and ceiling fan in the master suite, raised-panel doors, and covered parking spot.

Select plans have a pantry and breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Buyers using the seller's preferred lender will receive a free washer and dryer, refrigerator and microwave oven.

The development also features common area amenities.

"One of our greatest features is the lush landscaping," Di Carlo said. "The buildings are stair-stepped up the side of the mountain and are separated from each other by wide courtyards. This makes for more privacy and beautiful views."

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Lake Mead Boulevard, go east past Hollywood Boulevard, then turn north into the development.
