Bella Vita prepares for holidays

New homeowners at Bella Vita, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, are getting ready to celebrate the holidays, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"This is an exciting time at Bella Vita. Many of our new homeowners are former renters and they are now enjoying their first family holiday season in their own home," Simmons said.

Five floor plans are available.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo design measures 720 square feet. It offers a patio and dining nook, and is priced from the low $100,000s.

Two designs have two bedrooms. The Sera plan has one bath in 816 square feet and starts in the high $120,000s. The Luna model has two baths in 978 square feet and is priced from the mid-$150,000s.

Three bedrooms are featured in the Solé, which has two baths, measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$170,000s; and the Terra, which has three baths, measures 1,444 square feet and is priced from the high $180,000s.

Monthly payments are roughly equivalent to rental rates at apartment complexes, according to Simmons.

The model home center and sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 5070 River Glen Drive, Unit 93. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road and go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
